Shipping Policy

Agility Healthcare offers one of the largest ranges of trusted orthopaedic devices, fracture aids, and mobility solutions. We can ship to virtually any address; if the site allows you to make the purchase, it means we can get it to you!

Products are shipped either on the same day or the next working day from the date of order placement. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive it within 7 days. All the products will be dispatched on all days except Sunday and Public Holidays, depending on the availability of the Logistic Partner.

However, if there is any delay in shipping due to natural calamities, a prior notification will be given to you on your registered email ID or mobile number.

Agility Healthcare is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities.

Orders will be delivered as per the address mentioned at the time of order placement, and we are not liable for any incorrect address mentioned at the time of order placement. Providing the correct mobile number helps with faster and more seamless delivery.

Tracking: You will receive an email with the logistic partner’s name and the tracking ID once your order is shipped.
