The Configura Comfort drop-down armrests (SMALL) help to facilitate seamless side transfers to a wheelchair, commode, or bed. The drop-down armrest can be fitted on either side of the chair and can be retrofitted to any existing Configura chair. This armrest is made from vinyl. 

When mounting the Configura drop-down armrest for promoting side transfers, we recommend that you set the chair rise angle to 2 degrees so you can get the chair to the same height as the wheelchair, commode, bed, etc., then lower the armrest and commence with the seamless side transfer.
