Security Home Bed Rails easily install on a twin- and full-sized home bed. Double-sided models fit up to queen-sized beds. Use two single side rails for a king-sized bed. Support tubes fit between the box spring and the mattress and are also preinstalled into bed rails. The powder-coated, high-strength steel rails can be positioned using snap buttons; simply raise or lower them to your patient's or resident's needs.
