SOS Button
Simple; just press and hold the SOS button when help is needed. To cancel, follow the prompt on the screen and tap ‘Cancel’.

Speed-dialing
Tap one of the three icons at the top to speed-dial a contact. These can be changed in the ‘Settings’ menu.

Calling & Messaging
Like a standard phone, the Swissvoice can make and receive calls. Large buttons and a simple interface mean making calls is simple again! Use'speech to text’ and ‘text to speech’ to easily write and read messages.

Pictures
View and take pictures from this app. The Swissvoice offers you the option to use the back-facing camera or take a selfie with simple steps to follow before snapping a photo.

Receiving a Call
Save the phone number of the Swissvoice in your phone’s contacts just like any phone number.
Only 1 emergency contact will receive a call in an emergency, but up to 5 mobile numbers can receive an SMS at the same time.
The emergency contacts don’t have to be the same numbers as those set to the speed-dial buttons.

GPS Tracking
The location of the user is sent in the emergency text message.

Setting Up the Device & After Sales Service
A user guide with instructions on how to program the Swissvoice. Changes to the custom programming cannot be done remotely, but Guardian Safety Pendants can be called for lifetime support via (08) 6336 9448.

SIM Costs & Management
ALDI SIM cards can be provided for $5, but clients are encouraged to run their own SIM card.
